Returns and Refunds

Christmas Returns

We offer an extended return/exchange policy for the Christmas period and will accept the return of orders placed after 20th November 2017 until 31st January 2018. Normal condtions apply (please see below).

Returns / Exchanges

At Henry Tibbs customer satisfaction is our prime consideration. We therefore offer a 21 day no quibble returns policy.

If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, you may return it to us within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item in question must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on used razors, brushes, combs or razor blades, socks and underwear unless the item is faulty.

Please enclose a note with your full details, order details and the reason for return. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) within seven working days of receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition.

If an exchange is requested the replacement item will be dispatched subject to our normal post and packing fees.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

We are proud of the quality of goods we offer but in the unlikely event an item you receive is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us by phone on 028 9188 9121 or send an email to info@henrytibbs.com before returning any faulty or damaged items.

If a replacement is requested but the item is not available, we will inform you and provide a refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order, please return it to us unused, in the original packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale. We will pay the cost incurred by you in doing so and replace with the correct item.
