Delivery Information
Free standard delivery for all UK orders over £75.
UK
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery charges start at just £1.95 for items up to 250g with a maximum charge of £4.95 for items over 1.5kg. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.
The majority of items are sent by First Class Post and depending on value, First Class Recorded Delivery. Large or heavy items (over 2Kg) will be sent by Courier. Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
A small number of items which are inexpensive but large or heavy may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Delivery for these items will take 3-4 working days. This is clearly indicated on the product page.
Items sent Recorded Delivery and by Courier will require a signature on delivery. Please therefore provide a delivery address at which a signature can be given upon receipt of the package. Items sent by Courier can be tracked online. Login to the Order Tracking Page using your email address and password (given upon ordering) for further details.
Next Working Day Delivery
Delivery charges for Next Working Day delivery are based on weight and start at £5.95 rising to a maximum of £8.95. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier.
A signature will be required upon delivery.Republic Of Ireland & EC Countries
Items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For delivery or by Courier. The charge is based on weight and starts at £5.00 to the Republic of Ireland and £7.50 to other European countries for items up to 300g.
As a signature will be required for all deliveries, please provide a delivery address at which a signature can be given upon receipt of the package.

USA/Rest Of World
Items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For delivery or by Courier. The charge is based on weight and starts at £9.00 for items up to 300g.
As a signature will be required for all deliveries, please provide a delivery address at which a signature can be given upon receipt of the package. Responsibility for any custom duties / import taxes lies with the customer.
