Returns / Exchanges

At Henry Tibbs customer satisfaction is our prime consideration. We therefore offer a fourteen day no quibble returns policy.

If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, you may return it to us within fourteen days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item in question must be returned unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

Please enclose a note with your full details, order details and the reason for return. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) within seven working days of receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition.

If an exchange is requested the replacement item will be dispatched subject to our normal post and packing fees.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

We are proud of the quality of goods we offer but in the unlikely event an item you receive is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund including the original post and packing. The item should be returned to us within thirty days and we will pay the cost incurred by you in doing so. The refund will be issued after the goods are inspected.

If a replacement is requested but the item is not available, we will inform you and provide a refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order, please return it to us unused, in the original packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale. We will pay the cost incurred by you in doing so and replace with the correct item.
